Frequently asked questions.
From adoption to autonomy levels, rollback and operational responsibility — the questions we hear most in the field. For anything else, just email us.
Do you integrate with our systems?
We provide standard adapters for major systems like SAP, Salesforce, Shopify and Magento. For unsupported systems, we build an adapter together within the 4-week PoC. See the full integration list on the product page.
How is data security guaranteed?
All data is processed inside the customer’s cloud (Azure / AWS / on-prem). LG CNS holds ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and K-ISMS certifications, and AXCommerce.AI was designed around enterprise security requirements from the start.
Which LLM models do you use?
We support Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock (Claude) and LG’s own Exaone model. You can pick the right model by use case and data sensitivity, and compare models within the same platform.
How does full rollout proceed after the PoC?
In week 4 of the PoC we review results and set an expansion roadmap. Typically it scales gradually over 6–12 months: one use case → one department → company-wide. Each stage sets verifiable KPIs.
How do you undo a wrong AI decision?
Every execution carries a restore plan. Price, exposure, segment and campaign decisions can be rolled back 1-Click from the Decision Trail. When anomalies, budget overrun or user reports cross a threshold, only that Agent stops automatically (Kill Switch). For details, see Trust & Governance.
Does the organization set autonomy levels L0–L4?
Yes. Early on, every decision starts with human approval (L0), then low-risk auto execution (L2), up to KPI-evidence-based self-evolution (L4), at your organization’s pace. Policy, legal and high-risk decisions are always the human domain.
How is this different from a chatbot, RPA or BI?
A chatbot gives answers, RPA repeats tasks, BI gives metrics. AXCommerce.AI links evidence-based plan → approval → execution → learning in one loop. Removing the gap between decision and execution is the difference. See the comparison on Why.
How does the role of operations staff change?
They do less ‘analyze · request execution · request approval’ and focus more on ‘judge · approve · decide policy’. Repetitive decisions are automated and rubber-stamp approvals disappear. AI becomes the doer, and the operator becomes the decider.
Who is responsible for operations after adoption?
Once a maintenance contract is in place, LG CNS takes technical, operational and SLA responsibility — 24/7 monitoring, autonomous upgrades, incident response and compliance updates. Domain policy and approval decisions remain with the customer’s operations team.
